Return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@oromuisca.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products, bespoke jewelry, or personalized items. When choosing your ring or any other item size, the product falls under the custom-made category.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Exchanges for online orders are available within 14 days of receipt, depending on stock availability. Keep in mind that all of our pieces are unique due to the nature of the gems, hence, the prices of items will differ, even when they are the same product. In case the value is higher, the customer will pay the difference. If the product is of lower value, the difference will be reimbursed.  

Size exchanges may be possible, depending on stock availability. We have a local parter goldsmith that can assist with size adaptations to a piece, the costumer will cover such expenses.  Return shipping costs are your responsibility, but we cover the shipping costs for the new item. 

We recommend you use an insured and traceable courier for returns, as you are responsible for the package until it reaches us. In case of damage during transport, the exchange will not be possible.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
